Jupiter was in opposition on Monday, July 13th 2020 night. By opposition it means
Earth is in-between Sun and the planet while all three align in a straight line. In a way, the planet comes straight to the Earth's view on this day. This picture of Jupiter, Saturn and Scorpius/Vrischigam constellation was captured on Sunday night and on Monday with Earth coming in between and shadowed the Jupiter planet though negligible owing to the size and distance and it was very dim with hazy cloudy sky on Monday night.
